Nitin Nabin is the BJP's National Working President (appointed in December 2025).

• Age Profile: He is the youngest leader (45) in the party's history to hold this key organisational post, signaling a generational shift in the leadership.

• Political Identity: An "organisational man" from Bihar with a strong grassroots connection, he is a five-time MLA and a current Minister in the Bihar Government.

• Significance: His appointment is widely seen as a precursor to his elevation as the full-fledged National President (succeeding J.P. Nadda) and an effort to strengthen the party's structure, particularly in Eastern India, through a young, proven organiser.
